Flexible working hours
In 2013 Goce Delcev University introduced a new way of valuating and motivating the teaching staff for their realized teaching and extracurricular activities. Once a year the University Senate, on a meeting, reaches a Decision on Adoption of a list of teachers who gained the right to use flexible working hours (FWH).
